About the Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda group

Welcome to the Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group, a dynamic and diversified conglomerate with a legacy of excellence in several industries spanning over six decades. Established in 1963 with the inception of Dubai Printing Press, our journey has been marked by strategic growth, industry leadership, and unwavering commitment to integrity and hard work.

On the international Partnership side, we endeavored and succeeded in forming industrial coalition in automotive, transportation, civil marine engineering, contracting, education, hospitality and manufacturing, where subject matter expertise with regional and global partners, paved the fast track for growth to the benefit of all.

A special emphasis on the Human Capital has always been there in every step of the journey. Our policy has been and remains to attract and retain the best talents. But that is not all, our motivational programs and recognitions have fueled the innovation thrust and the appetite to grow our businesses further and reach successful milestones. We are proud to have created a special path for all national resources in different professions and along different industries, and we are proud to witness blossoming results of young Emiratis as they grow their skills, experiences and knowledge in difficult industrial terrains.

Technology adoption in management and in our offerings to our clients in all industries is a star that we highly aim to reach. Our clients wish for more efficient, effective and quality offerings that can help them to better enjoy the ride in life and/ or in business. We take good deep reflection on how we can be better than our peers in the market, and how can we beat our earlier selves every day.

Adopting International Standards across all policies and processes is not an option, where most companies adopt ISO14001 for safe and healthy working environment, ISO45001 for occupational health and safety, ISO9001 to ensure consistency of quality of products and services that meet customer expectations and most recently pursuing ISO27000 for information security and ISO31000 that contains the principles and guidelines for risk management at each entity.

As far as the future is concerned, and apart from strengthening our existing interests, we continue to look for new and innovative opportunities to invest in and carry on expanding and diversifying our business and our country economy.
