Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have a keen understanding of market trends, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving the brand’s presence through strategic marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, and collaborations with influencers and media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand’s products and enhance brand awareness in the fashion industry.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest to engage with target audiences and drive traffic to the website.
  • Collaborate with influencers, fashion bloggers, and media outlets to generate buzz around new collections, events, and promotions.
  • Create engaging content for digital marketing efforts, including newsletters, blog posts, social media updates, and website updates.
  • Monitor fashion trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and product launches, ensuring the right image and message are conveyed to the market.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals.
  • Support the organization of events such as fashion shows, pop-up shops, and promotional events.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with press and media, drafting press releases and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies are implemented.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and growth areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Fashion Management, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English and Arabic)
  • Creative thinking and a passion for fashion and current trends.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
